Punch Taverns Plc held an analyst visit to its Head Office and a number of pubs in the vicinity on Tuesday 22 July.

The purpose of the visit was to provide analysts with the opportunity to enhance their understanding of Punch Taverns, its strategy going forward, and to meet additional members of the operational management team.

Presentations were made by Giles Thorley, Chief Executive, Robert McDonald, Finance Director and several members of the operational management. Topics that were covered included securitisation, property and retailer support.

No new trading information was disclosed, but Punch intends, as usual, to publish a trading update in September prior to its close period.
