We are passionate about our people and have developed a talent bank, which matches potential licensees to the pubs best suited to them - there are currently around 1,500 names on our talent bank.
We are continually looking to recruit the highest quality talent and our online recruitment service available at www.punchtaverns.com through the 'Apply for a Pub' link, has attracted thousands of applicants. There are currently over 10,000 registered users to the site.
The online vacancy service can be tailored to individual requirements – users can choose to browse opportunities, receive email alerts or mailing lists, or apply online.
Applications are processed and approved quickly and with in-depth information on pub vacancies throughout the UK, users can access all the information they need from one single visit.
As well as applications from across the UK, the online recruitment service has attracted keen interest from as far afield as France, Germany, Norway, America and New Zealand.
The service has been further enhanced by the development of an email alert facility which automatically contacts website users with details of pubs which match their individual requirements.
Other innovations include the use of telephone based applicant screening systems and the tracking of applicants through all stages of the recruitment process. Once details are logged, a selection co-ordinator will guide the recruit through the entire process on a one-to-one basis.
