Based in purpose built offices in the outskirts of Burton Upon Trent, approximately 375 employees support the strategic direction of the company and provide our licensees with support services, financial controls, business and management information.
Spirit Head office - Burton Upon Trent
At our Burton Upon Trent head office close to the train station, we have a support team of over 350 employees, dedicated to delivering our offers and services to our pubs.
We are often on the lookout for people with specialist skills to join our head office teams in departments ranging from Customer Services, Operational Support, HR, Finance or IT.

Punch field based positions
Our licensees are supported by approximately 320 specialist employees including Business Relationship Managers, Operations Managers, Regional Operations Directors, and Regional Estates Executives. For more information on these roles please click here.
These field based workers are the frontline providers of business support and development for our business. They are provided with state of the art communication tools and provide virtual Head Office capability.
