Punch Taverns plc (the “Company”) today announces that Phil Dutton, Finance Director, will step down from the Board following the AGM on 17 December 2010 and will leave the Company on 31 March 2011.  The Company has begun a search for a successor and anticipates an orderly transition.  A further announcement will be made in due course.
