Kevin Georgel has joined the executive team at Punch Taverns having been appointed as Field Operations Director for the South of the country. Kevin has been promoted from his previous role as Regional Operations Director for the South West.

His new role will focus on strategic business development, operational performance and improving the customer experience. Kevin will lead the Southern Division of Punch’s leased business working with six Regional Operations Directors and their field teams, supporting retailers in 3,700 pubs throughout the south of the country.

Kevin, 37, who lives with his partner and three children in Devon said: “I am very excited at the prospect of working with such a talented and committed team in developing the quality and performance of our pub estate in the south of the country. In what is an ever changing and challenging market it is more important than ever that we work with our retailers to optimise the potential of each of the 3,700 sites in our estate.”

Kevin has extensive experience in the pub and brewing trade, joining Punch in 2003 after seven years with brewers Coors, having previously worked for Bass.

Punch Taverns is the UK’s largest pub owner with 8,400 leased, tenanted and managed outlets.
