As part of its extensive benefits package for pub teams, Punch Taverns has launched a new employee discount website.
In partnership with Vectis, the site allows all of Punch’s employees to access extensive discounts on various services and products from other leading companies including holidays, high street shopping, vehicle breakdown cover and gym membership.
Commenting on the launch, Punch Tavern’s Group HR Director, Karen Caddick said: “We want our teams to view a career in the pub trade as an attractive proposition and have developed a competitive package that offers a raft of incentives that can be tailored to individual needs.”
In addition to Vectis, Punch Taverns’ employees can also join the company’s award winning Share Incentive Plan (SIP) which gives them the opportunity to purchase shares.
