Punch Taverns has arranged for a pool table to be donated from its Punch Community Spirit Project to local youth centre ‘That Place’.

Punch sourced the full size table from supplier Gamestec and arranged for its delivery to the youth centre based in Burton’s Town Centre.
 
'That Place' is a Young Person’s Centre offering support, choices and information to young people who may be experiencing a range of issues including bullying, drug / alcohol issues, low self esteem, exam worries and relationships.

That Place centre manager, Karen Harris comments: “We are delighted to receive the pool table from Punch. It has been extremely well used! It is a great way for the young people to unwind and share any issues they may have in an informal, relaxed environment.”

The Punch Community Spirit Project (PCSP) was set up to make donations to a variety of organisations such as charities, schools, sports clubs, welfare groups and hospitals.
