Business development planning
A primary point of contact for all our licensees is their Business Relationship Manager (BRM).

Issues such as credit, drinks delivery, dispense, availability and other day-to-day queries are handled by our frontline team, which provides a one stop shop helpline.
This frees up BRMs to put their trade knowledge and experience to its best possible use. In addition, the development of a specialist software package helps our licensees even more. The tailor-made software enables our BRMs to present accurate reports on profit and loss and cash flow figures and compile comparative models to show how even minor alterations can dramatically improve a pub’s performance.
The package allows us to build up a complete and honest view of a pub as it is performing today and then input any number of scenarios that could alter that performance. It is a perfect way for retailers who have ever asked themselves ‘what if I changed this or added that’ to preview the benefits – or pitfalls – of their plans.
Our licensees also benefit from the help of a team of Sales Account Managers (SAMs), who offer advice on making the most out of non tied products and additional income streams. The SAMs also relaunch investments and allocate promotions. |
