Transfer
The majority of secure Agreements are for a duration of at least 10 years. For certain agreements, after two years, the licensee can sell the remaining term on their agreement to another operator. This is referred to as a transfer. A transfer gives the retailer the opportunity to build a business, and then achieve a return on their investment.
To support this process, Punch operates a Transfer team which provides the parties to a transfer with a single point of contact, and gives assistance and advice from the moment a licensee expresses an interest to sell their agreement all the way through to resolving any outstanding concerns post completion.
