In order to really maximise their business opportunities we believe the foundations for our relationship with our licensees to be based on mutual respect, accountability and above all else an honest and open approach to the way we work together. The first Punch Charter was developed over five years ago to set out our commitments to our licensees in the key aspects of our relationship. This latest edition reflects code of practice guidelines produced by the British Beer and Pub Association for the industry.   Our Charter has also been benchmarked by BII Benchmarking and Accreditation Services Ltd (BIIBAS).
