Contact your Business Relationship Manager who will explain in further detail the process below.
- Working with your BRM we’ll start by understanding your future business aspirations.
- Together we’ll assess the financial feasibility to identify future profit potential.
- We’ll then help you capture this in a business plan with clear retail objectives.
- This is then briefed to our in house Development Manager who will work up a scheme to meet these objectives with budget costings.
- Whilst all the statutory permissions are being obtained this is an ideal opportunity for you to attend the investment support training programme.
- Once the scheme is complete we then ensure you are happy with the finished product by completing a post investment satisfaction survey.
