What often surprises retailers is who will buy their property. Punch purchase pubs ranging in price from £150,000 to £1.5m producing 150 – 1,000 barrels. This year, Punch have acquired pubs that have letting bedrooms, restaurants and even caravan parks, all of which provide additional income streams for the business and increase sales.
