Whether you are new to the pub business or not, you want to work with people who have plenty of experience in the industry. Punch was founded in 1997, and has grown into one of the largest leased pub companies in the UK. We were the first in the industry to introduce an accredited Code of Practice, endorsed by BIIBAS (British Institute of Innkeeping Benchmarking and Accreditation Services). This outlines our promise and commitment to our publicans who operate our pubs as their own businesses. Under this approach, our agreements and terms are clear, fair and transparent.
Version five of the Punch Code of Practice was accredited in June 2013, following updates to the Industry Framework code earlier in the year. Punch were the first Pub Company to have their code re-accredited.
You can read our Code of Practice as a pdf or visit www.bii.org for information on how the accreditation process works. For further information on the industry framework code, visit www.beerandpub.com
