Business Support Assistant (Internal Vacancy)

Working within our new Business Support team, the role has the responsibility of providing high quality support to Field Operations, Property and Support Centre based teams, ensuring first-class customer service, which will enable the them to maximise pub profitability.

Key Accountabilities:
* To actively build and maintain strong working relationships with Field Operations, Property and Support Centre based teams, including some direct Publican contact

* Committing to outstanding Customer Service through the provision of multi skilled admin support i.e. raising purchase orders, property compliance tasks, dealing with queries, administration of Appian based processes

* Providing general administrative assistance to the field teams in order to support in driving profit growth

* To deliver all verbal and written communication to a high standard and within timely SLAs

* To work as part of a team to successfully complete required tasks within departmental and company-wide SLAs

* To deliver ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Business Support Leadership team and provide cover in other areas of the department where required

* Adhoc project administration as and when required

Person Specification
Competency Requirements:

* Customer focused – Ability to listen and respond to customers providing a quality driven service

Technical/Professional Expertise Desired:
* Administrative experience within a fast paced and dynamic environment with a passion for customer service desired

* Experience of working within the Pub/Restaurant/retail/Sales/Leisure/Tourism/Hospitality industry desirable

* Able to demonstrate use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint

* Competent user of Order Systems / Internet /Web Based Systems

* English and Maths GCSE – Grade C or above (or equivalent)
