Digital Co-ordinator

We love pubs and delivering epic consumer experiences is at the heart of what we do. This role will support the Digital Team, specifically on co-ordinating and implementing our digital solutions across both our L&T and Retail estate.

The role aims to deliver simple online solutions and toolkits that our entire pub estate can benefit from, solutions that our consumers will love and in turn grow our pubs long-term success and sustainability.


Key Accountabilities:
Business Success

* Co-ordinate and support the creation of new websites and various promotional activities across all digital channels

* Ensuring our pubs can be easily found across various digital platforms

* Ensuring that there is a synchronised approach to briefing our stakeholders which will enable us to successfully build, deploy and maintain our publicans websites at pace

* Prioritise and manage all queries from our Business Support Centre and Operations team

* Monitoring success throughout, advising of any additional implementation support where necessary

* Responsible for invoicing, budget tracking and creation of monthly reports

* A mindset of continuously improving our processes & toolkits to ensure we deliver industry leading service

* Work in partnership with the wider Marketing team to support the delivery of key campaigns, menu launches and other initiatives

Person Specification – Technical Competencies/Professional Expertise:
* Excellent Communication skills

* Excellent IT Skills

* Understanding of SEO and Search engines

* Understanding of web directories and listings management

* Critical eye for design and content

* Understanding of User Experience (UX) and how this affects customer satisfaction and success metrics

* Desire for continued learning

* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

* Project management

* Experience of the pub or hospitality industry

* Computer literate – intermediate in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Power Point and Excel

* Numerically competent

* Possess a one team mentality
