Widnes, Cheshire is an industrial town which sits on the northern bank of the River Mersey with access across the estuary to Runcorn.
The pub is in a residential area, not far from the Widnes Golf Club and is also near the Halton Stadium, home to The Widnes Vikings and is surrounded by smaller suburbs across the local area including Appleton, Ditton, Farnworth and Hough Green.

This opportunity is available on a ten year lease, with a rent and 5% turnover top up. There is a partial wet tie and is free of tie on wines, spirits and minerals and our pricing will be comparable to free of tie pricing.
