Business facilities

This pub is currently two-room operation, with the main bar area at the front and a small function room toward the back. It has a great beer garden for summer with a kid’s play area to the side of the property for local families to enjoy. The kitchen provides for up to 50 covers throughout. Outside, there are external areas for a relaxing drink at the side of the building. The pub provides a generous car park for up to 30 cars and WiFi.

Refurbishment

We’re planning a full refurbishment. This will include internal decoration, external signage and improvements to enhance the pub’s exterior look. The refurbishment work will be designed to maximize the huge local opportunity and establish the pub as the place to go to for food, drink and enjoy live screen sports and entertainment to suit the local customer base.

The domestic accommodation includes 3 bedrooms plus a private lounge and kitchen.

About the local area

The Birch Tree is situated on a sizeable corner plot in the heart of an expansive area of residential housing with a lovely large village feel and is nearby the main road that runs from Stourbridge to Brierley Hill. The majority of trade will be attracted from local residents. There are a number of schools within the area and the main town centre is about a mile away.
