Cherhill is a lovely village in a rural area on the A4 between Bath and Marlborough with thatched cottages, detached housing. A popular area to visit throughout the year, the area is known for the Cherhill White Horse which is cut into the hillside in the Cherhill Downs. It is surrounded by a number of villages including Calstone Wellington, Compton Bassett and Yatesbury and is just a short drive from the historical town of Calne and a short drive from the famous stone circle at Avebury.

You will also know how to build lasting local relationships and market across the wider area.

About the Agreement
Our Tenancy agreements vary between 3 – 5 years offer a flexible approach to running your own pub business. Your pub will be ready to trade, with carefully tailored food and drinks menus in place which you can evolve as you go along.
You will receive a high level of support and everything you need to run a successful business. From the beginning, you will have dedicated Punch Development Manager, plus access to training and development, business planning, operations and accounting expertise.
Once you’ve completed the 5-day induction course we’ll provide you with ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub. This includes helping you decide on the right drinks offer, guidance on margin and support creating a marketing plan to build for continued success. To help market your pub, we also offer lots of support and advice.
Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund for all new agreements.

* The calculation of the initial Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit (£3,000 or £6,000) plus legal fees. The subsequent deposit build up (if any) will need to be paid over 52 weeks. This can be discussed with the recruitment team or Punch Development Manager
