It’s a trendy area just ten miles from Bristol with an active community and this pub is well established, with opportunity to develop food and drink sales.
The pub is known for offering Live TV sports, regular weekly entertainment, well organised charity and community focused events and we are looking for a fantastic operator to lead this alongside excellent food and drink.

Business facilities
This pub offers spacious open plan trading with areas that can be divided off for private functions, a couple of raised areas which can be used to host entertainment and a sports area with darts and pool. Throughout the trading areas there are TV`s and a Big screen to show live sports. The bar area has lovely windows which makes the bar / lounge very light and appealing.
One door from the bar area leads to a long patio overlooking a garden area which can be accessed down a few steps, at the end of the bar area a double door leads to a second garden area with a children’s play area and equipment.
The pub offers a large catering kitchen (catering for up to 100 covers), two sets of toilets and there is also a parking for up to 30 cars.

Refurbishment

Clevedon is a small town with numerous local shops, banks etc and towards the sea front there are park areas, play grounds and a small miniature railway attracting families during the summer months.
It is a trendy, up and coming area just 10 miles from Bristol city centre and only a few miles from Cribbs Causeway Shopping Mall which attracts shoppers from across the area.
Weston Super Mare is only a few miles south of Clevedon which attracts tourists throughout the year.
