Cyan has operated as a destination restaurant in Milngavie for over 8 years, known for its formal eating environment and attracting an associated customer base. It has a well-presented bar, which offers the opportunity to drive high-end wines, cocktails and gins, as well as craft and cask ales, beers and lagers. There may also be an opportunity to add a fully operational function room with a separate upstairs kitchen, pending landlord consent.
Cyan is an open plan trading operation with a small bar/lounge entrance area that leads into a 60-80 seat restaurant. Known for its dining experience, it has a fully operational kitchen on the ground floor. Function room space is very much in demand in the area, and it may be possible to create a dedicated function suite that’s capable of catering for up to 100 people, together with its own kitchen, on the first floor. The pub offers 20 car parking spaces and free WiFi.
