Looking to run a pub?
The Goat is nestled in the Welsh village of Penygroes and is very popular with the local community. This community value pub is home to a number of darts and pool teams. Used mainly for drinking, pub teams, entertainment and quizzes, the pub offers a number of large TV screens and shows Sky Sports.
The Goat is well equipped for catering to local sports enthusiasts. The front bar offers loose tables and seating, a large TV screen and a darts board, while around the other side of the horseshoe-shaped bar there’s a pool table room and a further seating area, with approximately 60 casual seats throughout. At the back of the pub is a further room, which can be used as a self-contained function room with up to 50 seated covers. This room is currently used for darts competitions and houses four darts boards and a large TV screen. Although the Goat is currently wet only, there is a large catering kitchen, which could easily service a food offer. The pub provides free WiFi and a smoking solution.
The domestic accommodation consists of three bedrooms, a kitchen and a lounge. Punch will ensure that this accommodation is in good order.
