The local area
The Griffins Head is situated in the lovely rural village of Papplewick, not far from the surrounding villages of Linby, Calverton, Ravenshead and Burntstump. Papplewick is a commuter village just 10 miles from the city of Nottingham and on the edge of Sherwood Forest.
It’s a listed building (over 300 years old) and sits in a beautiful conservation area which draws visitors from across Nottingham for walks and food or a drink.
The local village is quiet but there are locals living immediately on the pub’s doorstep, there is a village hall and the opportunity to develop relationships with locals and utilise this to draw residents to the business.

- Internal Maintenance
* The calculation of the initial ingoing costs assumes a minimum deposit (£3,000 or £5,000) plus legal fees. The subsequent deposit build up can be paid over the term of the contract and up to £100 per week. This can be discussed with the Punch Development Manager
