The Navigation Inn is a very well-known pub on the edge of an affluent village near the M1 between Nottingham and Derby. This community mainstream proposition is a traditional pub, which will benefit from significant investment. Cask ales are a real feature here, along with home-cooked food and a friendly local vibe.
The Navigation Inn is a very traditional community pub and proud of it. It operates across two distinct trading areas, divided by a central servery. The catering kitchen can provide for up to 50 covers at full capacity, with home-cooked food and Cask Marque accredited ales a key draw for customers. There are three outside drinking and dining areas around the perimeter of the property. The pub provides free WiFi, a smoking solution and parking for 20 cars.
The domestic accommodation consists of three bedrooms, a kitchen and a lounge. Punch will ensure that this accommodation is in good order.
We’re planning a full internal refurbishment, covering all trading areas, the kitchen and toilet facilities.
The Navigation Inn sits in a semi-rural location on the edge of the village of Breaston, close to the M1 between Nottingham and Derby. There are plenty of residential properties in the immediate vicinity, with good demographics and a relatively affluent community, making this a well-supported local business.
A local publican would be great here, but that’s not essential. A passion for cask ales and great food is, however, a necessity.
