The Nottingham Arms is a beautiful listed 14th century cask marque pub in Tewkesbury centre, Gloucestershire. This a warm and welcoming community pub with many traditional features which offers an  excellent opportunity for an operator to develop and grow great drinks, food and entertainment business suited to the customer base . It is also located in a great position on the High Street in Tewkesbury Town Centre. Tewkesbury is a fabulous town which attracts both locals and visitors from further afield with its fantastic markets and local events, theatre, eateries and pubs and is just  9 miles from Cheltenham.

This pub is lovely with some stunning traditional features and splits into a bar area at the front of the pub and restaurant area to the rear with beautiful wood throughout. The interior of the pub is warm and welcoming with a cosy atmosphere. The pub also has a kitchen that provides for 50 covers and WIFI. This is a typical town pub so there isn’t a car park or beer garden.


We plan to make improvements to the back bar alongside works to the property to ensure facilities are to a good standard.

The Nottingham Arms is in a great position located on the High Street in the centre of the market town of Tewkesbury just 2 miles from Junction 9 of the M5. Tewkesbury is only 9 miles from Cheltenham Spa and Cheltenham Racecourse and sits nearby the River Avon.

It’s a lovely medieval town and home to many restaurants and eateries alongside farmers markets, festivals and lots of events as well theatres making it a fabulous destination for a day or evening out and it attracts people from the local area as well as further afield.
