This pub offers fabulous business facilities including a large bar area with an offset dining area as well (30 covers) and a rear of the bar offers a space for darts and pool.  (The pub currently has both local darts and pools team playing in the league)  The bar area is very snug and welcoming with a large open fire.

The bar has a generous six hand pulls to serve lovely house ales and a good rotational list as well.

It also offers a large commercial kitchen and enjoys a good reputation for food which could be developed in the summer months with the outside area and bbq hut.

Breage is on the South Cornwall coastline just inland from Porthleven and a great location for exploring the Lizard down to Lands End.  The local area has a large number of stunning local beaches and spectacular coastal walks on its doorstep.  Helton is a short drive away and the main Helston – Penzance road runs past the village and the pub.

About the Agreement

Our Tenancy agreements vary between 3 – 5 years offer a flexible approach to running your own pub business. Your pub will be ready to trade, with carefully tailored food and drinks menus in place which you can evolve as you go along.

You will receive a high level of support and everything you need to run a successful business. From the beginning, you will have dedicated Punch Development Manager, plus access to training and development, business planning, operations and accounting expertise.

Once you’ve completed the 5-day induction course we’ll provide you with ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub. This includes helping you decide on the right drinks offer, guidance on margin and support creating a marketing plan to build for continued success. To help market your pub, we also offer lots of support and advice.

Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund for all new agreements.

 

* The calculation of the initial Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit (£3,000 or £6,000) plus legal fees. The subsequent deposit build up (if any) will need to be paid over 52 weeks. This can be discussed with the recruitment team or Punch Development Manager
