The Seven Stars is a Cask Marque beautiful old stone pub situated in the picturesque village of Timsbury, Bath. The village is not far from the hamlets of Radford, Meadgate and Wall Mead. This pub is popular with residents across the area with its great reputation for food and the village is a lively place with an active community holding regular community events including Harvest festivals, craft fairs, Arts events and pantomimes and interesting history. The pub is in beautiful condition after undergoing a high quality refurbishment in 2017, which stylishly enhances the pubs lovely traditional features.

This Seven Stars has four separate seating areas with its main area at the front of the bar, the pub provides for 60 covers. There are 2 ‘snug’ areas to rear alongside a games/function room and there is also a catering kitchen.

About the Agreement

Our Tenancy agreements vary between 3 – 5 years offer a flexible approach to running your own pub business. Your pub will be ready to trade, with carefully tailored food and drinks menus in place which you can evolve as you go along.

You will receive a high level of support and everything you need to run a successful business. From the beginning, you will have dedicated Punch Development Manager, plus access to training and development, business planning, operations and accounting expertise.

Once you’ve completed the 5-day induction course we’ll provide you with ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub. This includes helping you decide on the right drinks offer, guidance on margin and support creating a marketing plan to build for continued success. To help market your pub, we also offer lots of support and advice.

Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund for all new agreements.

* The calculation of the initial Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit (£3,000 or £6,000) plus legal fees. The subsequent deposit build up (if any) will need to be paid over 52 weeks. This can be discussed with the recruitment team or Punch Development Manager
