The Three Cottages will be part of the ‘Village Pub & Kitchen’ concept for Punch. It’s one of the only food businesses in the local area and customers visit from Hasland and other areas around Chesterfield to enjoy its food offer. The standard of decoration at this community mainstream pub is good throughout although it will also benefit from a proposed ‘sparkle investment’ scheme.
The Three Cottages is an open plan trading operation with a snug-like bar area and double-stepped restaurant space. An open fire adds to the comfortable ambience throughout. The pub is Cask Marque accredited and the catering kitchen can provide for up to 60 covers at full capacity. Free WiFi is provided for customers’ use. Outside, there’s a beer garden with a dedicated children’s play area, plus an additional drinking area to the front of the pub. Parking for up to 25 vehicles is also provided.
The domestic accommodation consists of three bedrooms. Punch will ensure that this accommodation is in good order.
We’re planning investment at this pub to cover internal decoration as well as enhancing external signage.
