The Three Terriers is a traditional pub venue situated on the A58 main road in the heart of Heywood between Bury and Rochdale. It’s a wet led pub with a late licence on a Friday and Saturday evening until 2am. It’s a fabulous venue to bring great entertainment for the weekend as well as local darts and pools teams and serve great drinks. It’s looking for a publican with personality and the ability to bring the right events for the locals.
This pub opportunity is open plan with a central bar area, one side is dedicated to pool table, other side is an open plan lounge with DJ area.
The domestic accommodation includes three bedrooms, a private lounge and kitchen.

Experienced community pub operator who is used to town centre type of customer base, and confident in managing a bar with a late licence. There is opportunity to host weekend events so knowledge of arranging these and marketing them would also be an advantage.
About the Agreement
Our Tenancy agreements vary between 3 – 5 years offer a flexible approach to running your own pub business. Your pub will be ready to trade, with carefully tailored food and drinks menus in place which you can evolve as you go along.
You will receive a high level of support and everything you need to run a successful business. From the beginning, you will have dedicated Punch Development Manager, plus access to training and development, business planning, operations and accounting expertise.
Once you’ve completed the 5-day induction course we’ll provide you with ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub. This includes helping you decide on the right drinks offer, guidance on margin and support creating a marketing plan to build for continued success. To help market your pub, we also offer lots of support and advice.
Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund for all new agreements.
* The calculation of the initial Ingoing Costs assumes a minimum deposit (£3,000 or £6,000) plus legal fees. The subsequent deposit build up (if any) will need to be paid over 52 weeks. This can be discussed with the recruitment team or Punch Development Manager
